Welcome to all together better

Marion has been a nurse for nearly 50 years and is also a fully qualified personal trainer.  She has chosen to specialise in exercise for the elderly and has extended a knowledge and linked it to her nursing experience to make this possible.  She has taught other personal trainers how to deliver safe and effective exercise to older people as well as setting up a training programme for carers to learn more about older people’s exercise.

Seeing the progression both in terms of physical capabilities and mood improvement for older people, especially those in care homes has surprised even her.  Regular, carefully assessed and planned exercise visible improves the quality of life for older people.

Jane has been a nurse for over 40 years. She spent many years working with older people in hospital, specialising in Trauma and Orthopaedics. Most recently she worked in rehabilitation helping older people recover from surgery, trauma or serious illness.

Jane is also a qualified wellbeing coach. She is a master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and has completed a basic hypnotherapy course.

Both of us have considerable experience in hospital discharge planning.
